- This a live recording of my newly completed 1933 TB-2 at the BullDog Cafe in Fairdale Kentucky! Sullivan's made the neck and the Thunderbolt tone ring. This rim is a "Fatboy" rim. What a banjo!!

- Here is a comparison of the Dannick tone ring in my 1934 TB-2 compared to Jason Bales' 1933 RB-3 orginal flathead. We each play Cumberland Gap I take the first break Jason the second. I play my TB-2 first take, and Jason plays the Tb-2 second and I play his flathead. Recorded with AT-4033 large diaphram mic into AW-16G recording deck, clean no eq what you hear is what you get. Hope you find these files helpful.

- I recorded these in a resoponse to the Dannick ring, in no order: Yate Venom no hole unplated in a 1934 TB-1, Dannick ring in a 1934 Tb-2, Sullivan Thunderbolt in "Pappy's Banjo" 1933 TB-2 fat rim. Guess who's who! Recording quickly using AT-4033 no eq, totaly flat into AW-16 Yamaha recording deck. Ok..Sullivan Ring 33' TB-2
